Traditional method: Put the egg in a pot. Fill the pot with cold water. Add some salt to make easy peeling the egg. Start to boiling. When the water boils, turn off the heat. Leave the egg in the water for about fifteen minutes. Remove the egg from the pot and put it in cold water. Peel the egg.
Microwave oven method: Boil water in the microwave oven. Insert the egg in the bowl with hot water. Cover the bowl with a lid. Leave the egg for about ten minutes. Put the egg in cold water.
